1. Lack of Support for Female Employees There were instances where concerns raised by women were dismissed or minimized and a general lack of sensitivity towards female employees was evident. I acknowledge that Amazon is a large organisation, these issues significantly impacted my experience and experience of other female colleagues. I believe, Amazon must address this issue.

The workload is not overwhelming, it only gets stressful during the Christmas period holiday(Beginning from Halloween till New Year's Eve). You will enjoy medical benefits, a collaborative HR team, and cooperative group managers.
