Amazon is employee centric company, the best thing I liked here and they do not want us to work as a CSA and according to me, 5 days working, meeting is also assigned for some days when work load is more, so this is the first company where I have worked for 8 hours or 7:30 hours, I did not how my 1 year passed in Amazon, all together it is awesome and working from home permanent

you will get salary as a CSA for fresher as well as for experience people that is the very reason I want to switch job but in future I want to come back in Amazon as a higher post😊🤗

...ob. System, UPS, everything was provided by Amazon itself. Benefits are amazing. My in hand salary was 12500 on papers but not a single time I got less than 1500. Benefits are amazing. You even get meal card of Rs 1100. Best part is about holidays. You get it easily and as much as you want. You just have to schedule it. Team mates, especially higher authorities are amazing. Positive atmosphere.

Currently they higher everyone on contractual job upto 6 month. My entire team contract was not renewed and we lost our job at a crucial time.

Rigorous working hours. Meagre pay Lots of discrimination from management and colleagues Management having poor etiquettes you will be continuously shouted at. OT is mandatory otherwise your performance will be dragged down by your manager. Poor work culture that is full of south indian villagers.

Interaction with multiple stakeholders. On time salary. High learning experience in a competitive environment.

No transparency with metrics. Leaders are incompetent. No ownership if things go south. No work life balance.

1. Lack of Support for Female Employees There were instances where concerns raised by women were dismissed or minimized and a general lack of sensitivity towards female employees was evident. I acknowledge that Amazon is a large organisation, these issues significantly impacted my experience and experience of other female colleagues. I believe, Amazon must address this issue.
