Good work culture initially but in the later years culture became full of favouritism and opportunities became reserved for those who would butter their bosses. There was always requirement for overtime and leave policies were good.

Dislikes

...he end of the year, the person who partied with managers will get promotion. Starting salary range is way too less, even BPOs pay more than that In this job, unless you upskill Or get promoted to a higher level, there is absolutely no skill gains, you can do this job for 5 years and when you start looking for jobs outside, no one will value your experience more than any Customer Support Or chat support guy.

Salary is good, other amenities like food card is provided , complete WFH

Dislikes

Too much work pressure, micro management, without any consideration they just need only number of works done with 100% quality without missing the quantities of work (literally they need every task done within 5 to 7 minutes), they treat all the employees as machine or just number, no human value and no job security. Full of office politics. Whatever they pay that will definitely go to medical bill or to mental councilor.

The work culture is really good. I am able to balance my personal and work life easily here and also the managers and SME's are very friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

The salary and benefits offering here are very less when compared to othere companies and also it takes ages to get promoted even you have right skills.

Lot has changed in Amazon for the past 2 years it's not the same company because growth has been stagnant lot of office politics and every quarter there will be new alignment in the teams

Has to be salary. For a new joiner it gives you a good starting point. Receive salary before the month ends. Good OT and NSA compensation. 5 days in a week working culture. Amazon volunteering, so that you give back to society. No one disturbs you during your week-off if you meet your weekly target.

Dislikes

Monotonous job. Get up turn your PC on and do what you were doing yesterday, spend 9 hours and turn your PC off. This happens everyday. You may obviously learn something, as you need to complete training and go through the policies. But still you would understand that this would not take you far in your career. Rotational shifts works for some and for others it's headache. You are required to meet your weekly targets and if not then it messes up your week-off. Not saying you won't do good but this job profile is for few and you will understand very soon if you are a fit in few months (as first two are just training).
