Work here only if you are not getting any job anywhere because what you will only get is the salary nothing else. I joined here at 160000/ month salary and when I left job after 6 years l, my salary was just 24000/month.

1. Rarely introduces IJP 2. High work load, can't rest for a minute in 9 hours shift. 3. Company focuses on cost cutting. 4. No job security 5. No career development 6. Bad policies

...nd is not able to speak it out to anyone as no action is taken against the same. Very bad salary and lot of workload and upon that toxic work culture

No job security Will give you package more than what you are expecting target based job in all domains will be on radar all the time. This is not to discourage others if you feel you can work under pressure from all direction you can grow very well.

1. Lack of Support for Female Employees There were instances where concerns raised by women were dismissed or minimized and a general lack of sensitivity towards female employees was evident. I acknowledge that Amazon is a large organisation, these issues significantly impacted my experience and experience of other female colleagues. I believe, Amazon must address this issue.
