Company would look great at first, but there is not much of a growth and they certainly think employees are bots that can just keep on working anytime they want. They lie while interviewing that it is an international profile. they will keep you in international calling but then switch to domestic calling as per business needs. Change shift as per their own choice anytime they want.

Flexible time enjoying. Life wfm , lot of benifits , cost of extra cloths and traveling cost reduced .

Salary we get is not justifying our work 150/day rs nsa night shift allowance 😂 not easily get promotion,

There's no growth in this company, things only look so good from far away but when you join this company as a CSA you get to know the truth. These days its becoming a BPO ever since the change in leadership at Noida site. I don't know about other departments but from my experience and exposure I can tell the story isn't any different in other departments as hiring and firing is now a new norm here. Look elsewhere if you want to work for a company that respects you and deserve your honest work.

The leadership consists of professionals and a hierarchy is followed in every department. The workload is not overwhelming, it only gets stressful during the Christmas period holiday(Beginning from Halloween till New Year's Eve). You will enjoy medical benefits, a collaborative HR team, and cooperative group managers.

...ut on-site employees, which hinders employees from interacting among themselves. Work pressure doesn't match the salary often. Incentives to take up a temporary role aren't appealing enough.
