You will end up with 25k salary with no Growth and Poor Health after 5 years of Experience in Amazon Noida as an L2 or L3 Never Join.. It's better to waste your time doing nothing instead of working at L2 or L3 in Amazon. Join only if you get L4 and above. Leadership people are Big Liars.. They only focus on their own Growth, Own Profits by doing cost cutting and take maximum output from L2 and L3

Salary gets credited within time.. If you are on leave or week offs, nobody will contact you during that time.

Dislikes

Shift timings are bad.. Policy very rigid that neither helps customer nor the csa.. Performance goals are unexpectedly higher.. Management is well aware of these facts but I don't see any improvement..

No appraisals, No competitive salary packages/hike. No consideration for further job opportunities No help from senior management levels to help develop and learn new skills and technologies. No help in switching the job to further new level or offering any opportunities to work and experience new technology roles

The leadership consists of professionals and a hierarchy is followed in every department. The workload is not overwhelming, it only gets stressful during the Christmas period holiday(Beginning from Halloween till New Year's Eve). You will enjoy medical benefits, a collaborative HR team, and cooperative group managers.

Dislikes

...ut on-site employees, which hinders employees from interacting among themselves. Work pressure doesn't match the salary often. Incentives to take up a temporary role aren't appealing enough.
