Great infrastructure and benefits. Relaxed work culture.

Dislikes

Poor compensation. Very less starting salary compared to industry standards and annual increment is the bare minimum. Promotions are hard to get and take too long.

Working with Amazon is great but for carrier growth nd development it's not good

Dislikes

Salary not justify the work..... Some got higher salary nd some got very low.... Even the work pressure is same for both..... So end partiality
