It gives you immense scope to learn new skills and develop yourself. The compensation is quite best, infact it gets difficult to find a company which can beats Amazon's compensation. Work life balance is good with 3 days office and 2 days WFH and in few roles full remote, chances of International transfers are quite high.

Dislikes

Very dynamic, most of the time before you even get settled with the current process, a new change comes in. Like every private company, job security is tough. It is survival of the fittest.

Likes

The leadership consists of professionals and a hierarchy is followed in every department. The workload is not overwhelming, it only gets stressful during the Christmas period holiday(Beginning from Halloween till New Year's Eve). You will enjoy medical benefits, a collaborative HR team, and cooperative group managers.

Dislikes

...ut on-site employees, which hinders employees from interacting among themselves. Work pressure doesn't match the salary often. Incentives to take up a temporary role aren't appealing enough.

...onvincing us. They will not listen to our query at all , very very worst . Please do not apply for this even if your friends recommended it ( they just get bonus when your selected so they’re pushing you to apply ) no csa is happy to work here . All of my friends moved out ( actually they were terminated because of not maintaining the goal )

Mostly your life will get smooth with no progress. Amazon is good for the people who don't want any adventure or exploring things in life.

Dislikes

While at Amazon you won't even get anything other than salary like exposure or learning new things. You will get the promotion only if you are good with your managers and do what ever they say without even asking a question. Moreover after leaving Amazon you won't be getting any more opportunities because there won't be any progress or new learnings from your experience. If you want to develop some skill and make worthy of it don't join Amazon . Amazon is only good for people who want job security and monthly salary.

Likes

The team managers are good. They provide help whenever needed (even if outside shift timings). The work culture is great. You're clearly told about the expectations and all the tools / support is provided. The higher authorities are also quite understanding and helpful.

Dislikes

Other guys working in different companies with same role get a better salary than me at the moment. This is the only drawback.
