...faction, everyday one is filling Excel sheets if one like it it's good for them. No good salary even team lead is getting 7lpa so all these analyst here are getting below 5 lpa No skills No knowledge No more growth oppertunity Waste of time specially for engineering background students.

...nd is not able to speak it out to anyone as no action is taken against the same. Very bad salary and lot of workload and upon that toxic work culture

No job security Will give you package more than what you are expecting target based job in all domains will be on radar all the time. This is not to discourage others if you feel you can work under pressure from all direction you can grow very well.

1. Lack of Support for Female Employees There were instances where concerns raised by women were dismissed or minimized and a general lack of sensitivity towards female employees was evident. I acknowledge that Amazon is a large organisation, these issues significantly impacted my experience and experience of other female colleagues. I believe, Amazon must address this issue.
