While hiring the managers will lie to you, stating that you can wfh, flex shifts, salary increments, quarter-based promotion, blah blah blah everything is a scam ppl.. Don't get fooled by the name of the company projects (Coro tech) like these are spoiling the company's name. Managers are not supportive.

This company is best place to start a career. Where they train the workers frequently and give enough freedom to acquire knowledge, they provide best salary. For employees depending on the years of experience. good place to work, go green environment, good maintained infra , good food.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive ad the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria .company policies are good,appraisal fair they give less salry and hike and bonus everyd year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent ;ut career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

The office infrastructure is better than other. However, now a days start up are more fancier than Amazon.

...etitive work culture but there is no recognition no matter how much you give in. The expectation is to work for long working hours without any extra pay.

Not much growth opportunities and salary is very low for experienced employees which is equivalent to a fresher getting a job for first time. Pay package is way down below here compared to what is a normal or decent pay package in market in current times. Extending work hours is necessary to meet productivity and competition is very high which eventually leads to bad team politics
