...l in all a wholesome experience. Let's start with perks coming with the job: 1. Salary: If you are deserving you'll get a very good package even if you are a fresher. Don't hesitate or underestimate yourself. I was a fresher and I got their highest package at the time. 2. Food is provided free of cost along with accommodation, internet, and electricity to a limit. You get to share the apartment with other teacher. Privacy is compromised sometimes from the management mostly because of maintenance work. Once you give clear instructions to the supervisor not to enter in your absence, it can be sorted out. 3. Campus is beautiful and spacious. school infrastructure is good, modernising with time. You can easily utilize your evening time on the ground if interested. 4. Atmosphere is spiritual to pseudo spiritual. Totally depend on your own level of interest and spiritual awakening. I personally enjoyed taking part in the activities but because of the duties and routine it became hectic and I started considering it a part of duty. It later became slightly flexibility on request of the staff. 5. You get a kind of autonomy in the classroom. You get liberty to utilize different teaching methods. Lesson plans can be flexible too as long as you are able to complete your targets. I never faced any kind of interference in my classes from management. They emphasize on digital classroom and concerned devices are installed in all classrooms. Student enrollment is from various background ranging from rural, Urban to inter-state. Academically you have to cater everyone. Teaching support and additional resources were given to me on regular basis when I joined the school. Principal catered to every need, would take regular feedback. The Coordinator at that time was highly professional and she knew her business well. 6. They sponsor education of children who do not have sound economic background or don't have father. 7. Quality of food in the teachers mess is good. You get salary in time.

...s you get solutions sometimes you don't. There is less flexibility for teachers. Most of the days you end up exceeding your working hours and then if you are even 1 minute late they deduct some portion of your salary for the day. Flexibility with teachers can being a lot of positivity in the campus. 6: Job Security: Done according to the rules. 7: Advice: It is an institution and you are an employee, please remember that. It is a job that you are getting paid for. Please maintain work life balance at your own part. Don't let your work life overpower your personal life.

They make teachers busy along with the students 24/7 . Sleep disturbances Hectic work schedule Too much for the meetings also it's like every day and on the fest so much burdon not having the time even for food .... They made teachers to cook the food on food festival..... And nothing you can see around the school campus.... If you get sick or need to eat something their is nothing nearby the school... When I reach there I had loose motions and stomach pain and I asked for bananas ... Then they said if someone will go to city then we will bring that and I received that in the evening..... And so many things... And Sunday is also a working day there

Dislikes

Moody employer, they have their own policies. They take your security deposit and do not give you back putting vague clause in you joining agreement. Even if you serve the notice period they don't respond to your emails. I had even sent a legal notice but they didn't respond. They video record the teachers imposing them with silly memos.... Under pressure some teachers even give their video bites... Cooks at the residential house will make you feel you are a charity case and disrespect you how ever they like. The owner has no solution for this. People who are in dire need of Job can survive here... Too many formalities to enter and exit the school for teachers even during their non working hours...

Everything including food, people, environment is amazing in amatir. It is a lucky thing to get to work there.

Nothing to dislike about. It's all rules and procedures which you need to follow in amatir some people don't like it.

Amatir Kanya Gurukul provides ample opportunities to showcase ones educational capabilities by doing overall development of children. I appreciate the freedom and trust shown by the management towards its employees.
