job security , work culture, management, company policies all are good. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds , and we work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re hire policy.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Also , there is no on -job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step -by -step, which is a pain sometimes.

...enture pvt Ltd. Company is company who run some educational projects under JEPC. Company will not giving salary last 5 months and had no concern about it. No direction to anyone to what to do .work life balance is very bad.
