Salary is ok....not much work load

Lala type company... indifference towards employees..no system of leaves... senior staff is very arrogant and no sympathy with new staff..always fighting...no profile work management..hire and fire system...keeps on hiring new staff daily and firing them due to useless reasons... management keeps on giving extra work of other departments to new staff

... cheep price so everybody can be able to by this and staff are very supportive .salary and policy is also good and fare to everyone..

No growth in stores not planing for renovate on Time. backhand team also not working properly they give stock as they want but Now something is Chang and its batter then previous time. And there is also bond of one year which is also not good and there is also old staff in every store and it is impossible to change there habit and train them with new pattern

...nd team environment is like a family and supportive . company polices are good. job is secured company will give bonus and yearly shrinkage incentive and also every month 31st 1st its self salary credited.
