Salary is ok....not much work load

Lala type company... indifference towards employees..no system of leaves... senior staff is very arrogant and no sympathy with new staff..always fighting...no profile work management..hire and fire system...keeps on hiring new staff daily and firing them due to useless reasons... management keeps on giving extra work of other departments to new staff

...ven lalla companies give salaries within 1 st week of the month but being a Ltd. company, it gives salary after 15 th of the month. CMD speaks rudely and uses inappropriate words. No employee friendly policies. No training. Management is always confused. They want all work from a single employee by giving him a little salary. No job security... They can throw out anybody anytime. They will treat and make you like a servant. Never ever join this company. It will ruin your career. Their apparel quality is so poor and they blame sales person for less sales.

Bekar company hai, achhe bhale logo ko chor sabit krke nikala jata hai, or salary 20000 bta kar har baar credit maar dete hai kabhi 5000 kabhi 3000.
