Compensation is decent but growth is very slow .The wok pressure is very high.Also there is no job training for fresher hence senior folk like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

Senior management tends to focus more on internal politics rather than data-driven decision making. Their approach is often based on assumptions rather than informed analysis. Fixed forking hours no flexibility. Hiring team often lies. I was promised WFH

This is my first job of my carrier. I wanted to do job because my family condition was not good. I am learning many things from my job. It is a good opportunity for me to do job in corporate company.

Dislikes

Currently i need money to my family financial problems so i have to job. I think, i have skills for growth in my job through which there can be some increase my salary and get good opportunity but nothing is happening right now while i have been working for a one year.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and tha management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

They are using some decent technologies for their production. So you can get some ideas about these technologies once you get a chance to work on.

Compensation is not good. High work pressure. Worst work life balance.
