1. Staff is not cooperative at all. 2. Salary doesn't align with my needs and expectations at this time. 3. Seniors don't treat their juniors well and they don't speak politely. 4. Management doesn't address our issues properly.

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest techniques. Patient care is at utmost priority of this company. Colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. Protocols are good and for patients and employee safety and benefits.

I enjoyed my 8 years of working g in Amandeep Hospital.as I have adapted there working culture n they have accepted my skills. The salary is up to the mark as well.. If u r good at ur work no one will snatch ur opportunities to move ahead at the same firm.
