Salary deduction for late login and No sick leave policy only provide 1.5 days paid leave every month nothing elese no room for sickness family emergency it will go as unpaid leave if you don’t have the leave balance

... will listen to his favourites and takes major decisions. 2: horrible policies 3: penalties and pay cuts for any reasons. Feels like just hires people to fire them. 4: keeps harrassing mentally when u r ill and need leaves. Hospitalized employees r called to work and r threatened to terminate. 5: if u join organisation for even 1 day, they will purposely create pf account number so that u can't hide the experience and join somewhere else. 6: people don't speak to new joiner and don't give proper training. 7: they do not interview people based on the skills they need in their organisation. 8: they select people n make them join. Then they train and conduct interviews again to align u to process, if u fail then they terminate u after 1-2 months of joining. 9: they have drug test after 4-5 days of joining and they terminate employees if the drug test is positive. 10: all in all don't join this organisation if u need job security and mental peace.

I had Good Training before taking over the job completely. Timely Salary, additional perks, and good vibes around. I am planning to stick around longer than expected.

Dislikes

They constantly pressure people to learn learn and upscale themselves as they have way too many IJP's going on due to the growth of the company and being in the HealthCare domain wanting to promote people internally as the knowledge curve is steep but not everyone is the hurry to build the career.

Timely meetings and updates by senior officials. Salary hike and learning opportunities. These things really make working here worth it.

Need to think of one. Nothing that comes to mind right away. Probably a better cafeteria.

Salary on time. Which is indeed bare minimum sufficient enough so, that you can effort "vada pav" in Last 11 days.

Dislikes

Every 2 month policies get change. Because when employee is working on track they try to implement some new rules and policies so that they can hamper monthly and annual rating of the employee so he or she can get minimum appraisal. Because they want to do cost cutting. And very strict policy on everything. Kind of hire and fire. Too much Women centric Even when the girl knows she is wrong but still miss use to being women. No free transport unlike other companies.
