Larsen and Toubro cheating with its people, they don't pass full salary to their employees, even when JV give bonus to employees for extra working that too they didn't pass on.

I like the way of working there with the team mates.

Work is over all OK but there is politics going on there in the company which means they want a person which belongs from their area or their caste or their language speaking person. So it means if u went in that team then they will give bad report of you. And one more bad is that they have a policy of hiring person on 7 days probation period which means they can directly through any person in that 7 days. But even if you know work but with you bad luck you went in that partial team then they will give bad report of you and you will be terminated. How's Is possible a person is leaving a permanent job of him to join you and you are terminating him. Then where should he go now? And one more thing which I didn't Luke about the company is the timing and holidays of company. They have holiday on Friday and alternative Saturday only for permanent employee and not sub contractor. And they work timing is 8-6. So basically which means they should give 2 days of holiday in a week which they are not giving. At least they should reduce the working hours from 8-6 to 8-5.

It was an great opportunity for me to get in touch with mutli level of management and how work in a sink to get the work done as planned. Also had the pleasure to work with people from all over the world and get a great exposure on how to adapt to the new environment both in work as well as life.

The only thing i did regret was go a very short notice which is understandably the policy of the company. i asked for slack of providing me with No Objection Certificate for me to find an other job.
