Well coordination b/w teammates, salary and benefits/ allowance is credited regular time, good quality maintained compare to others in south region that means we can learn lot of thing Reg quality

12 hrs risky of duty, put a high pressure to complete the project with in a shortest period, accommodation is no given so, travelling is difficult at late nights

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is good. But it has many such enigneer who give importance to you.Because if you do any mistake then you are directly blacklisted from the company but the same rule should be applicable to everyone whether it is supervisor or engineer.Here everyone comes from far away, not to listen to the street, if you answer it, then you are taken out of the company.
