Everything 1. No culture 2. Poor HR policies 3. They hold salaries without an intimation, you will get to know on the salary day that your salary is not deposited. 4. No policies as such, they don't know how the industry works. 5. Its like a super market shoppie, atleast owners pretend that they are the owner of a small shop. 6. Very poor upper management, there are few who got caught cheating in the other finance companies. 7. Everything is clueless

I have been working with this firm since almost its inception. I joined as a management trainee & with help of the superiors, I have gained a lot of knowledge with regards to various policies & departments. The superiors are helpful with regard to queries/ issues. I would recommend working here to learn & explore.
