...n affair with the TL named Mahima Yogi. Always fake commitment to the customers. Salary issue they will deduct 40 to 50% salary without any reason and will never give them.

There is no proper management, it is like west of dust which is useless. No proper salary distribution i think altruist is one of worast company i have ever join. Don’t look in spelling understand the emotions.

Everything ... nothing is good .....no commitments and salary issue...they can't help in any situation and they act like they are all in all... specially the manager of Hindi pod is not good at all ....he don't know anything ....only he knows to shout and he can't even understand Hindi properly and he will not listen employees concern

...l settlement even after 6 months. Targeting when u decide to leave the company. No salary hike no infrastructure as a call center they dont even have headphones

... at the time of resignation. They create lot of mess at the time of resignation. Don't provide experience letter and reliving letter and left salary also . Doesn't keep there words always change their statment and policies.
