I completed one year in that company, but I used to feel extremely frustrated. We had to wait until the 7th of every month for the salary. Almost every time, I had to extend my shiftWhen I submitted my resignation, no one tried to retain me—none of the managers even asked why I was leaving. On my last working day, I had to personally go to each department and collect signatures for the resignation formalities.

There is no proper management, it is like west of dust which is useless. No proper salary distribution i think altruist is one of worast company i have ever join. Don’t look in spelling understand the emotions.

...l settlement even after 6 months. Targeting when u decide to leave the company. No salary hike no infrastructure as a call center they dont even have headphones

Very good team. Have many niche clients and premium projects. Expanding footprint in domestic and international locations.

Appraisals could be better. Pay parity to be on par with industry. Invenst in upskilling talent and nurturing them Have workshops and off sites for learning and developement

...chnologies pvt ltd in c 69 sector 58 noida in process dr lal path labs process . they hold my complete one month salary and mental harresed me , missbehave with me they denied to release my salary . very worst experience from this company hr team operation team they all are very bad and unproffesional. never recommended this company to any one .
