I completed one year in that company, but I used to feel extremely frustrated. We had to wait until the 7th of every month for the salary. Almost every time, I had to extend my shiftWhen I submitted my resignation, no one tried to retain me—none of the managers even asked why I was leaving. On my last working day, I had to personally go to each department and collect signatures for the resignation formalities.

There is no proper management, it is like west of dust which is useless. No proper salary distribution i think altruist is one of worast company i have ever join. Don’t look in spelling understand the emotions.

...l settlement even after 6 months. Targeting when u decide to leave the company. No salary hike no infrastructure as a call center they dont even have headphones

...e is good, there no pressure for working.. It's simply best place for working... But the equipment are too old also salary are very less and no benefits... However good thing is all the Managers, TL are associate are supportive to each other.. No negative environment.. Simply best place for fresher to learn about corporate world..

The worst company that i ever worked. No incentives no appraisal no recognition of work. Only the higher management will get those all benefits. Nothing you can say as a like.
