I had a terrible experience in altruist. Salary pay for the employee is too low more than that the targets will be unachievable. If you work for this company then you will face serious stress and depression all the time because of targets and if you didn't complete that unachievable targets then you have to extend your shift timings and sometimes you have to work 7 days in a week because of the target pressure that's actually cruel.

no growth, no salary increment,no incentives, salary not given properly and on time also, lot of issues,fully partiality with team leaders,no benfits wrong commitements,no proper week offs,torture , no respect, if we reach targets also no apprieciation no recognisation, worst compant

I improved my communication skills and I got so many friends from Altruist and I would like to thanks them to make me feel happy always

Call flow was very high and we got less salary without any incentives and pf benefits

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It's a nice experience to work with Altruist Technologies from February 2020 to till now.. Good work environment.. Teammates are supportive.

The management doesn't address our issues.. Salary is low.. Career growth is slow.
