There is no proper management, it is like west of dust which is useless. No proper salary distribution i think altruist is one of worast company i have ever join. Don’t look in spelling understand the emotions.

...l settlement even after 6 months. Targeting when u decide to leave the company. No salary hike no infrastructure as a call center they dont even have headphones

... excel professional shortcuts. * Got selected for the post of Process Trainer. * Salary gets credited on or before 7th of every month.

* Working post shift hours. * Available lockers are occupied due to which newly hired employees faces challenge to keep their belongings at a safe place. * Anyone can found systems issues at any given point of time which leads to shortage of login hours. * Below the mark remuneration in comparison to the work load provided. * It's situated at such place from where access to public transport is difficult / luck by chance.

Low salary, poor management, if there is any call flow they will make you extend 30 mins or 1hr in after 8pm ... If we're not agreeing they force employees like anything.. Very worst because manager are forcing tl, that's why tl are forcing employees... If I ask any salary explanation tl will try to convince only rather than giving proper solution because they don't have data about salary details... Very worst don't join here to waste your time if your are engineer.... It is airtel voice process we don't access to do some option for customer simply we are trying to convincing the customer by telling some lies this is our role. .. Full waste of time nothing to learn there... Only we will learn patience in critical situation because customer will scolded in bad word also we don't have right to reply we have to say the warning script in 3 times it is very if any one scolded in bad words we will silent...

Company having good environment towards peaceful job. But less salary no incentives/shif allowance. No transportation as they promised during interview. If they full fill the commitments as they do promise during interviews it will good towards employee and employee caring will be in top with this.
