Here at altruist technology there is no work pressure and it is very chill process and you can be eligible for internal promotion within 9 months of your tenurity however, seniors are also very supportive especially Zaved Hussain sir from consumer durable LOB.

Dislikes

The salary which they give to every individual including experience holder is only 12600/- in hand and there is no increment in your overall tenurity though it be 6 months or 2 years and above. However, if you get promoted from your designation post probation period of 3 months it will be 14600/- and not more then that. And there is no double pay or anything like that for working on national holiday and so dislike other companies.

There is no proper management, it is like west of dust which is useless. No proper salary distribution i think altruist is one of worast company i have ever join. Don’t look in spelling understand the emotions.

...l settlement even after 6 months. Targeting when u decide to leave the company. No salary hike no infrastructure as a call center they dont even have headphones

...chnologies pvt ltd in c 69 sector 58 noida in process dr lal path labs process . they hold my complete one month salary and mental harresed me , missbehave with me they denied to release my salary . very worst experience from this company hr team operation team they all are very bad and unproffesional. never recommended this company to any one .
