This company is open to innovations and readily adopts letest technology. Team Lead ( NIkhil Modak) was very supportive @ work. job security i have seen in pandemic no one got fired Hence it is a very secure job. Altius has given very nice work culture to every individual who is working with ALTIUS. I am really Happy that i was a part of this company. I am leaving with good memories.....

nothing much to say BAD about this company but employe should get a salary hikes. in every 6 months.

Work in altius company, I like their culture and working way, enough time to do other activities on fun Friday. But this is not in everyone's scenario.

There is politics, and some senior management has ego to get respected even they are wrong, main important thing is their is lack of training to new employee, as i heard same thing form every employee, and once you are targeted by senior management people they will do their best to remove you from company, but by process where they will be safe from there side, any can,t even do anything.

There's so extremely level of partiality in the office especially Manager's, poor professionalism of work, managing the team is very poor, unexpected things are going on - on the floor, personally I'm not happy with this company, no appraisals, no promotions there nothing to learn..

Taken a worst experience!they don't have cafeteria ! anytime they will move you anywhere according their business requirements and give you the inappropriate excuses even HR department doesnt take any actions and not a hygienic place they don't maintain hygiene no cleanliness even they don't check background verification of employe which should be required!!

I made very good friends over there.always ready to help and because of good colleagues i continued my work with them.

HR management is really bad, employee's are treated inappropriately , they make the employee feel that they are easily replaceable by anyone no matter how many years of hardwork you give to them. I was there for a year, the only thing that kept me going were good colleagues, I'd have never survived without them, false promises are made regarding salary, incentives and appraisals.
