Few of the teammates are good, others are assuming they are the owner of the organization, mostly having latest technology stack which is either run or ruin by the management/onsite folks

Dislikes

1. Once you join the organization, the director will draw a picture that you landed on the most suitable company and hence you're trapped. 2. There is no relation between designation and its work role, you can observe the so-called directors behaviour on the floor, frivolous behaviour with old employees. 3. Director has mastermind to ruin peoples career for his own worth, he can change the company policy at any point of time which is his own pocket-friendly and costly for an employee. 4. Director is driven by onsite people like a puppet. 5. Either your work is hard or smart it will be never recognized. 6. ZERO job security, if you're professionally right and following the process, this will make director nervous & he'll fight with you and his blind followers ask you to resign. If you don't believe, ask any old employee. 7. If you're immediate joiner then he'll utilize your problem and hire you on very low cost. 8. Cheap behaviour with female employees, senseless double meaning talk. 9. The organization has HR who don't even know the entire process. 10. They don't have finance department as its a small scale organization so every time you need to relay on 3rd party. 11. Even for work from home option, you will be tracked for your location and there are only 5 WFH in the entire year. 12. There is no hygiene maintained by the office boy. He is so arrogant not even listening to HR & operations people. 13. There is no enough parking place to park your vehicle. 14. After you resign they will take this very personally and not seen any professional behaviour. 15. Mostly new joiners keep this organization as an option till they don't find another offer, most of the employee left after induction or after taking one month of salary.

Latest technologies to work on only IF you get a chance to work on

The only way you can survive in this company is - just blindly say yes to anything the director of the company says and laugh at his irritating double meaning jokes throughout the day. If at all you focus on work and not laugh at his jokes/act on his will, you are his enemy and most disliked person. Doesn’t matter if you work hard or smart, you won’t get any career growth. The only way to grow in this company is to keep licking. You are being trapped by one or the other way in the company and you won’t be able to even make a switch if you are getting a better opportunity, and IF somehow you do switch, the director gives your review as “Not hireable” in the company where you’re joining, hence you are left with nothing. I am blessed that I got to leave this company and the other company did a review days after I worked for them hence they saw my capabilities and ignored his review. Please don’t join this company if you don’t want to ruin your career. No personal or professional growth and nothing positive to talk about. If only this company had a different director (Rizwan Sheikh), this company would have been much better place to work for
