“Best Place to Work” title should be removed

Dislikes

.... Will nag behind to complete the target or else make you wait. No other option. The salary cycle is horrible as it is. 45days will be converted in 60days and no assistance will be provided. No HR will help and won’t even communicate for the same. Salary will be peanuts even after working for months. No assistance of cafeteria or anything. Just a vending machine which will eat your money. A time limitation to every thing. Not a good place to work

...ENT SUCKS!!! The management definitely does not care about you as a human being. Salary is veryyy low and the hike is minimal. There's absolutely no career growth opportunity.

Poor salary. No growth Extremely bad management They cry about everything and treat their employees as servants BPO has some good TL's other management people want you to behave like hoard of sheeps

Working Culture is good and the team is Supportive.

Dislikes

Growth is Slow the Salary is not as per the Industry Standard for the same position the Package for everyone is different, If you are favourite of your Manager or the Senior you will get promoted very easily else you need to only keep om waiting and waiting. HR are too busy so that they never response to your Call or the Email unless to tag the any highest authority in the Email
