When the market is stable, Incentives can be made equal to your salary. Lenient login in/out timings, working hours doesnt matter as long as the work is completed, you can log off. Day off policy is lenient, Salary will be credited on time!

Dislikes

1) Job security is terrible, even if you are ling time employee, you can be removed at anytime without proper explanation! 2) Managers, TL are very harsh instead of Analysing/motivating/helping when a mistake is made, they scold, demotivate, appraisal si held for another cycle stating one mistake and even put employees under (PIP) and cut incentives for entire month 3) Partiality/Favours are very much there, and if you show too much loyalty you are bound to do extra work

Overall good company to work with you have job security. Work culture is good. Management tries to keep company future plans and policies as clear and transparent.

Dislikes

... may be demotivating for employee when this happens more than 2-3 months a year. As monthly incentive are approx 15 to 25 % of total salary. A good performer when losses this for a long time may not give thier 100 %. One company i worked with used to give average of last quarter incentive in this case.

Job security depends on your performance but lot to learn internal promotions, excellent pay, professionals are good if you are good I mean in work then that’s all your skills depends to stick with this challenging environment

Best clients & mortgage Underwriting process, salary good. Dirty politics, partiality.

Senior Management including ops. Manager & team members demands of physical relationship forcefully to get certified i.e. confirmation on job position.

Everything, No Appraisal or increment from last 3 years, No Promotion, No Bonus, Not even Retention Bonus, Got 25% cut in salary. Somebody please give me offer, I'll leave this shiit hole.
