Worst experience with PF (Finance) team. Left altimetrik in June,2018. While tried to transfer my PF, not able to do it as pension contribution was not updated in passbook. Connected with Altimetrik finance team to get it rectified. It has been 4+ years, still following up on same. They stopped responding to email despite managers, VPs, HR head all are involved in the email chain.Many employees faced same. Please don't join this company if you want to live in peace after resignation.

Pathetic work culture and management. It's more like a religious institute than an IT firm with head weight idiotic managers, their politics, and their favorite subordinates who dances to their tunes with zero job security. You are treated like cows in a slaughter house.

-> Good pay -> Easy interviews (they also ghost you even after clearing the interviews)

Dislikes

-> Got fired for being sick for some time (1.5 months). No compassion or humanity. -> No regards to their employees, ready to replace you without any consideration. -> Managers do not have any technical understanding to support them, they just focus on body shopping and pleasing the clients. -> Incompetent HR. -> Talent Acquisition team focuses on their department only, and do not consider for other skillset, no sync between other departments, they will lash out if bypassing them for referring.

Micro management. They dont value their employees, they value their client only. No job security. Client consider and treats us better than Altimetrik. If you have a valid reason and even if the client is okay, Altimetrik manager force you to come to office.

- Work life balance takes a toll when you are working in client projects and especially when clients are from Banking, Fintech industry. - Appraisals might not be that good, if you are not a manager's favorite.
