Micro management. They dont value their employees, they value their client only. No job security. Client consider and treats us better than Altimetrik. If you have a valid reason and even if the client is okay, Altimetrik manager force you to come to office.

Good service based company in Chennai, with good compensation and benefits, work life balance as its at all places depends on the project/team but generally it's good. Good Learning opportunities are available to people to make use of.

Dislikes

Client positions can feel isolated and more following client work culture rather than follow Altimetrik's.

The company policies and care about employees in the pandemic is awesome. The work life balance is good. The culture of the company is superb l.

Dislikes

So far I didn’t observed anything. IIT would be good if graduity excluded from from compensation.

Likes

- Joining Bonus - Udemy subscription for every employee - Goodies, perks at regular intervals - Permanent WFH depending on projects you work in. - Wifi reimbursement every month. - Appraisals happens throughout the year (4 cycles in a year). So you don't miss out on a specific appraisal cycle.

Dislikes

- Work life balance takes a toll when you are working in client projects and especially when clients are from Banking, Fintech industry. - Appraisals might not be that good, if you are not a manager's favorite.

At times work life balance, some benefits like broadband allowance.

Dislikes

...u will be paid a lot on entering but the same will be reason for your exit also. Overall use the company for salary correction and leave to a better one.
