Dislikes

Micro management. They dont value their employees, they value their client only. No job security. Client consider and treats us better than Altimetrik. If you have a valid reason and even if the client is okay, Altimetrik manager force you to come to office.

Dislikes

Big challenge will be getting work based on your skillset. You need to work on different skillset if they can't find relevant client place. On boarding for a new hire could be better. It will cost a lot more time to identify your responsibility especially if you are WFH

... in the management - lack of communication from the management to subordinates. - less salary hikes - just a staffing company - if you are off boarded from the project, they won't even entertain you for a month.
