Lots of opportunities to learn since the team is small with less people doing a lot of work. A lot of extra small and big projects come your way, which differ from your JD but help you learn a lot of things.

Dislikes

Lots on internal politics with people from other departments affecting your department's operations. Senior management is just focussed on growth of the company's profile and not on employee management or retention. Attrition is ridiculously high and the management doesnt step up to make necessary changes to curb it.

Likes

Business wise they are doing good, they might grow their business and publish the share and may sell off the company

Dislikes

Co-founder has no focus on employee welfare It’s hire and fire company Work culture is damn pathetic Co-founders have some favourites like sales head, expansion head, marketing team and couple of them more. Rest all are like workers no structure in place HR should be fired not educated enough and act like some political leader

Likes

Great culture. No micromanagement at least in our department. It is a purely performance based company. Everyone is treated equally and on how well you perform. You can discuss personal issues with managers and they understand if you are going through something.

Dislikes

There are no HR policies set and employee engagement is low.

Likes

The founders are hard working, and they are doing everything to make the company grow, but there are a few people who are simply ruining the company name and culture!

Dislikes

Favoritism, biasness and partial behaviour towards people who flatter the senior management. Work from home is not a policy for those in genuine need, but, wfh is allowed to people who are friends with the seniors or who simply listen to nonsense of seniors. Those who speak up, they are either ill treated, or fired. One or two people in the company are the real bad influence.

Likes

The company is growing rapidly and there is a lot possibility for growth. Culture is good and people are easy going. I have learnt a lot in my time here.

Dislikes

No work from home policy. No HR policy. Office is quite boring overall
