...unned . one day I asked 2 day leave for my father's cancer treatment operations. But they allotted for me 1 month grant leave with salary.. After completion of holiday but still father's treatment under process again they forced me to take leave management said don't worry we are with you take one more month take care of your father then come... Next month I went to join.. then I got information from internal person said they replaced you... They (management) didn't said just told to wait our M.D out of station... Like that 6 month they have waited me..I day I asked them I have a family either give job or experience letter.. after a month they gave letter for 3 years... After that I came to know that company they didn't payed P.F money for 2 years... I have learnt there... How to manage worst senario.. How not to run the company How not to take bad decision.

Culture. System Culture. Political. They believe only on lying people and praising people.. If you tell the fact or suggestions while discussion they will forcelly ask you to tell .. if you open your mouth then 7 1/2 will start Then all start to blame you and then all will work together to achieve & prove you for a month. what you said is wrong !!! They forgot about real issue and purpose of meeting.. It's like a circus in a zoo.

...in this company. Employees might be good and honest but the managing director-S. Ganesh is very unethical who refused to pay us AFTER receiving a service. There is no such thing as gentleman's agreement with this person.

We have been a service provider for Altek to Ganesh, (the owner of this company). He is a fraud and a habitual liar. Completely unethical person. He may be the owner but he has been taken to court multiple times in the past. I know this person since when it was Altek Lammertz Needles. Lammertz in Germany took him to court as well.

Engineers / Managers, Do not waste your talent here. The MD.Ganesh (Finanace man), has poor engg knowledge and misleads employees. Excellent knowledge to how to cheat & loot the money from Vendor's & employees as well. He has ruined many careers by hiring engineers to complete tasks and then dismissing them. Ungrateful an unprofessional, he offers no job security. There are no senior engineers or managers left, as most employees last only a few months. The company uses outdated german machines from before 1935, with no innovation or modern technology. For your career's sake, consider other companies. If in doubt, talk to former senior employees not with executives for the full picture. This company initially maintained ISO standards, however due to poor performance, the ISO organization revoked their certification and placed the company on a blocklist. Currently, the company operates without adhering to any recognized standards.

I wanted to share me honest perspective regarding my experience with Altek Beissel Needles Limited. Unfortunately, my initial concerns about the Company's work environment and management practices have not only been validated but have worsened over time. The leadership under the MD,Mr.Ganesh, has been disapppointing. There ahave been multiple instances of delayed or unresolved Vendor payments, raising concerns about the company's reliability, employee increments are either negligible nor nonexistent, and the organization struggles to retain talented engineers and managers for more than a year. such a high turnover rate points to serious systemic and leadership issues. The workplace atmosphere often feels chaotic and demotivating, with no clear direction or appreciation for employee contributions. Adding to the chalenges, the infrastructure and equipment in the company are severely outdated-Many machines are reportedly over a century old ( made before year-1937 in Germany).There is a complete lack of focus on innovation or adopting modern technology, which not only stifles productivity but also limits professional growth for employees. Engineers, who expect to work with state-of-the-art systems and improve their skills, are bound to feel frustrated in this environment. The overall management style reflects poor decision-making and what appears to be a lack of basic empathy. Employees are left disillusioned due to unprofessional behaviour, unrealistic expectations, and constant micromanagement. Such an environment fosters neither stability nor growth.

One of the worst company in India, family owned company, 5HR manger changed in less than 2years . Company will not give u full and final, when u will resign they demand 3 months notice period and when company will terminate u not give any notice period.

Nothing to be like in this company, quality, consistency, continuity is a problem with the company.
