Manager involves in politics. SAP not devlop properly, Very much challenges in routine activities. Operators has very bad attitude, bad means very negative or bad they are only behave like pet of management (our bosses). No freedom do to work in own style.

...ood. Teammates is not supportive and the management policies is not transparent. They is not pay good salary for our third party employees. No more any benefits like job security and good appraisal for third party payroll employees. Overall bad experience working in this organization.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No new technologies or tools implemented same old process which was used 10 years ago and all manual work.Too much politics and stress from managers .work culture is not good and you have to answer phone calls even at Night if not will be targeted.

Not dislike as off now but could be improved Career growth is limited in some of field Limited gain in product knowledge since company works in mass project level & mostly depends on supplier
