The Treatment some of them receive from their peers is very bad. at times its verbal abuse.4 The French guys who come as Expat to India act like they own the company and the Indian people in the office, they don't carry a humble body language, empathy and many things, this makes the environment very toxic.

I was working in Alstom company as a site engineer ( contract base) and I learnt many new things like how to build confidence, group work strategy, good behave with other employees, how to finish work in short spell of time as well as Alstom is one of the best company to teach me many technics and international ideas regarding work.
