This is my first organization. So good care about employees health. Good care about environment health.

Dislikes

But salary for the associtate is very low comparing with other standard organization's like a appollo tyres and Royal Enfield. I am working for 7 years as associate but my salary still not reaching the 30k in hand. very worst salary increment. Opportunity for workers is very less. They pushing for product delivery not quality.

...rity is good and also so many opportunities came after completing this company.. career itself , salary should be reasonable and allowance should be good , Traveling to industry also.. good by using high-class bus facility.. work environment also good planted in *sricity.. if u came from other districts I think it should be lightly difficult.. to manage if you are in nearer to Sri City plant it should be a settled life too..

Facilities are fair good enough like transport, canteen, medical reimbursement and health insurance coverage and working environment and working timings

Dislikes

Salary hike is not based on performance but based on personal relationship with HOD. Team work is not good. And internal working culture is bit political way of approach. Job security is also quite risky.

No new technologies or tools implemented same old process which was used 10 years ago and all manual work.Too much politics and stress from managers .work culture is not good and you have to answer phone calls even at Night if not will be targeted.

Not dislike as off now but could be improved Career growth is limited in some of field Limited gain in product knowledge since company works in mass project level & mostly depends on supplier
