I was working in Alstom company as a site engineer ( contract base) and I learnt many new things like how to build confidence, group work strategy, good behave with other employees, how to finish work in short spell of time as well as Alstom is one of the best company to teach me many technics and international ideas regarding work. Facilities are fair good enough like transport, canteen, medical reimbursement and health insurance coverage and working environment and working timings

Dislikes

Salary hike is not based on performance but based on personal relationship with HOD. Team work is not good. And internal working culture is bit political way of approach. Job security is also quite risky.

In this role I had very good work life balance and got lot of learnings. I was never worried about getting lynched from company as Railways is a very stable business.

The salary's were never on par with industry. Tendency is to not to promote and there is no long term vision. And the promotions are never based on the skill/merit but based on who cries loud.
