Managers think they own you, typical Indian boss mindset, don't know how to speak with reportees. Avoid this Hyderabad site(ex Bombardier) site. Poor processes in work. Site needs a complete overhaul.

... and not costly, but everything in Vadodara is more costlier than tier 1 city. Salary offer and increment is not as per expectation and market.

This is my first organization. So good care about employees health. Good care about environment health.

But salary for the associtate is very low comparing with other standard organization's like a appollo tyres and Royal Enfield. I am working for 7 years as associate but my salary still not reaching the 30k in hand. very worst salary increment. Opportunity for workers is very less. They pushing for product delivery not quality.

Pay less salary compared to industry norms. Many managers are not good and do not treat all team members equal.

Facilities are fair good enough like transport, canteen, medical reimbursement and health insurance coverage and working environment and working timings

Dislikes

Salary hike is not based on performance but based on personal relationship with HOD. Team work is not good. And internal working culture is bit political way of approach. Job security is also quite risky.
