...ompany Nortec made a mistake now this company ALSTOM TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION. Will not pay me for the delivery as the dispatch will not acknowledge the mistake on the serial for the load and I delivery both load and Donna Williamson will not not pay for the delivery,will to say it was my mistake of picking up in Oklahoma and driving to Thomasville PA and driving to Greenville NC my load was instructed for me to head home , so ATL say I made the wrong drop off and now don't want to pay me,For a delivery I have no control of.yet I'm not a female..I have a hearing disability and willing to make money as my Livelihood.

I can't receive my pay after my 2 weeks heading home.

Work culture very poor and very bad but hard working continusly results 16 CAR BODY production in pendamic situation , eregular shift change,some time night shift 9 days some time 3 days it's not possible

Carrer growth very slow, family doesn't carry properly in hand rs13500 salary,No HRA allowance no other allowance, managment doesn't address our issues, Actually I trading and finding any other Company and settled

In this role I had very good work life balance and got lot of learnings. I was never worried about getting lynched from company as Railways is a very stable business.

Dislikes

The salary's were never on par with industry. Tendency is to not to promote and there is no long term vision. And the promotions are never based on the skill/merit but based on who cries loud.

No new technologies or tools implemented same old process which was used 10 years ago and all manual work.Too much politics and stress from managers .work culture is not good and you have to answer phone calls even at Night if not will be targeted.

Work Life balance Job security MNC Culture Saturday & Sundays are off Company provides good amount of leaves Salary pay & Bonus is well standard (At least comparing to Indian companies) Work culture environment is good System level learning In Terms of career growth there are three verticals Domain leader, Expert & Project Manager

Not dislike as off now but could be improved Career growth is limited in some of field Limited gain in product knowledge since company works in mass project level & mostly depends on supplier
