Compensation is good,but career growth is slow.The work pressure is very high at some moment.

It's a great place to work. I have learnt a lot working here. We are working for critical components manufacturing of steam turbine. The manufacturing setup is excellent. For learning this is a great place. Great team spirit. On job training. Job security concern: may be we can't eliminate in private industry. But talented person need not worry. 5 days working so work life balance is there.

Dislikes

Compensation is good. It's a 24x7 running company. So you should be ready to go/have to resolve on phone, when situation rises.

Work life balance is very good. Culture at work is good apart from some individuals who try to ruine the systems.

GE has a very good data security and integrity policy but it doesnot really reflect at times. Otherwise in other matters it's a good organization.

I am working from 2nd may 2019 to till date on contract base , 1at I get 1 year contract then 1 more year my contract extend as the company required my services more 1 year

Job security is very less as I am working on contract base so otherwise everything excellent.
