Dislikes

At the time of recruitment, they will give a huge salary. After that, they will not give increment for 2-3 years. They will never pay the Variable Bonus. The HR team will not even listen to employees. They will not help even if it is company-related work. i.e Change in PF account, NPA opening, or Food Card

There is group of people from Kerala they will not allow you to grow. They will promote there own people all the Managers in Finance all are from Kerala only and there is no proper account Handling even though people are working from Long time i.e above 10 Years. It will be continued like this means company will close as soon as possible. I will pray to god 🙏 chairman is will see this are all aspects and correct it. In the company 65% keral peoples are there.
