Work-Life balance is good, Apart from that nothing interest to tell

At the time of recruitment, they will give a huge salary. After that, they will not give increment for 2-3 years. They will never pay the Variable Bonus. The HR team will not even listen to employees. They will not help even if it is company-related work. i.e Change in PF account, NPA opening, or Food Card

Growth & development are only limited to meeting rooms when it comes to an individual.Assurances will be given but will never be met.Extreme politics when it comes to appraisal.New ideas and opinions are never encouraged. Hypocrital & diplomatic people can touch heights in this company as well as in career growth.
