No growth, no promotion, no career development. You will remain at same salary for years. They have outdated systems, learning which would not help you in your career. If you are unambitious this company is the perfect match for you. However, if you want to develop and grow, stay away from M H Alshaya

It was a great experience working with different cultures of people, I have learned many things in life both personel/professional from Alshaya. Being a manager I have being coach, trainer &mentor to a team to send them in a indoor program GWU grow with us....

The work pressure is very high for achieving the daily,monthly and yearly... Cost cutting was too much in tearm of man power..

salary and benefits. company always taking care the employee. what ever the staff needed company always provided what they need. so if i have a chance to work again in this company will grab again the opportunity.

the management in Logistics Warehouse in Riyadh. specially Asick, Shabeer, and Suraj.... they don't care the situation of their staff under them. how many times we escalate to them our situation in our team. but there is no solution from them. if our team did a great job the credit are fort them only. but if we did a mistake they are always blaming us.... if we try to explain to them the issue why we make mistake instead they listen and give any solution. they don't care... they need only are good result... i worked before in restaurant under Alshaya Group also. and my experienced there is different. our worked is under pressured because of the customer but because we are working together as one team and we supporting each other including the high management. the operation working smoothly and organized. but in logistics under in our team we didn't feel the support from our superior.... i am passionate and hardworking, if i have chance to work again in Logistics Alshaya. i wll not under Asick, Shabeer and Suraj......
