Everything is ok but company really need to increase some % of salary atleast bcz some people are working in same salary since 3-4 years with no increments, as compared to inflation had really rise in these years

Dislikes

At the time of recruitment, they will give a huge salary. After that, they will not give increment for 2-3 years. They will never pay the Variable Bonus. The HR team will not even listen to employees. They will not help even if it is company-related work. i.e Change in PF account, NPA opening, or Food Card
