ALS is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I've being a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a results I get to know most of the potential clients from abroad and also receiving some skills and knowledge from abroad. I did on-side travel to different department of all ALS branch company where I acquired different skills and knowledge, the certificates in terms of training. ALS mostly dealt with projects and is encouraging team work the most.

Dislikes

Growth is too slow, The work pressure is very high sometimes I were to sacrifice myself for the company without any appreciation. I had to manage 30 people, the samples from receiving to the end product and dealing together with clients and management at the same time. Mostly is easy and enjoyable to work with a client as compared to the management at the ALS because is very rear to receive an acknowledgment of appreciation but client is always does. I had to contact the on-side training for my stuff and that was exerted more pressure on my shoulder.
