Well, First and foremost, I would say Alruqee is a best organization with a very favorable reputation in the market and I've 15+ years experience including best MNCs of the work and I would say Alruqee is a better work place and above all the Top Management is very supportive and also its a kinda institute you learn a lot and Alruqee provides equal opportunity to all employees .I look forward to being in a place that allowing and positive and healthy work environment.

Dislikes

Only thing I would say that they have huge size and considering toad's market they should work for right sizing .
