there is only one that I like about my salary came on time that's it.

its management worst. For example if you wanna go umrah with your family and want 2 or 3 days more leave day they are playing with you, when you go to Manager, Manager will tell you go to your team leader and take permission from him and when you go tgerr team leader will tell you go to manager and take permission.. they are playing like this. Its worst thing I will see in that company.

Al Rashid abytong company is a pricast company and company give full facility. Company give good salary and bonus every year and company provides Full accomodation Lockdown time' company not doing working only stay room after some time company start working according rules govt and follow covid 19 rules

There is a very politics in menegment and issuse career growth and after'2year company not give chance

In my department, I found no interference in work from my Manager or Team Leader. It was a friendly environment.

It is difficult to pinpoint any dislikes about working in Al Rashid Abetong. Camps at sites need to be organised professionally.

Thr company is open to innovation & rradily adopts latest pre-cast technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team for excellent experience like precast product producers & high quality products has a global client base. As a result good of product quality & feedback from clients in Saudi Arabia in largest produced precast PC elements like panels, walls, columns, beams, hollowcore, double tee, stairs & landing, clading & important for the swede beam etc.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high & full fill the right time for work. I do email the email my client, they mostly happy for the work.

Likes

Good company for entry level people's to grow up to be a master. Management people's are giving good Opertunity and freedom to develope yours skills by yourself. Appraisals are very good & every two years once according to yours performance, which may be unbelievable really what you expect. Good Environment to learn new technology about the machines and you can develope your skills at master level. Every year company will give you performance bonus, those who are working at supervisor level.

Dislikes

Few people's in your team and may be management they will get jealous on your career growth in this company. But you crack these kinds of things according to way of tackling the people's.
