In my department, I found no interference in work from my Manager or Team Leader. It was a friendly environment.

Thr company is open to innovation & rradily adopts latest pre-cast technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team for excellent experience like precast product producers & high quality products has a global client base. As a result good of product quality & feedback from clients in Saudi Arabia in largest produced precast PC elements like panels, walls, columns, beams, hollowcore, double tee, stairs & landing, clading & important for the swede beam etc.

The work pressure is very high & full fill the right time for work. I do email the email my client, they mostly happy for the work.

Good company for entry level people's to grow up to be a master. Management people's are giving good Opertunity and freedom to develope yours skills by yourself. Appraisals are very good & every two years once according to yours performance, which may be unbelievable really what you expect. Good Environment to learn new technology about the machines and you can develope your skills at master level. Every year company will give you performance bonus, those who are working at supervisor level.

Dislikes

Few people's in your team and may be management they will get jealous on your career growth in this company. But you crack these kinds of things according to way of tackling the people's.
